Agreement of collaboration between 3 Claveles and the Association of Chefs from Aragon
Passion for cooking and support for the professional gastronomy sector are two aspects that 3 Claveles and the Association of Chefs from Aragon share, and that encouraged us to sign a collaboration agreement last February.
A.C.A. is an association that is almost 30 years old, integrated by hundreds of chefs and pastry chefs who give their best to improve every day and satisfy their diners.
These chefs, dynamic and exigent, participate as ambassadors of Aragonese cuisine in many national and international events, and 3 Claveles wants to be with them by supporting all these great professionals of gastronomy.
The 1st event of 2021 is the 1st Competition of Young Promises of Aragonese Cuisine, Rubén Ríos.
The preparation of the best dishes is influenced by many aspects such as creativity, ingredients, technique, ... but also by having the right tools, and 3 Claveles innovates every day to offer the knives, scissors and kitchen utensils required by these professionals to develop their job, and to take the cuisine to the top.
